My first encounter with WJMAC was when it began back in the fall of 2014. My son joined the combo classes-- they changed his life! He is now studying jazz in NYC. It was my first encounter with jazz -- I have to say it changed my life too.
I joined the board when WJMAC became a nonprofit in 2016 to help make sure it continued. I'm both delighted and proud to say we're now entering our sixth season!
Every Wednesday's concert (September through June, with a few holiday exceptions) features a local, regional or national act--there is always great music in our town on Wednesday nights! Count on it!
