This organization has used athletics to help build character and confidence in young athletes. The coaches are exemplary individuals who strive to be good mentors. It is refreshing to see a program like this still exists; one that focuses on building a solid foundation versus gimmicks to gain clicks and likes on social media.

Both my boys went through their program, Coach Mike cares, is knowledgeable and second to none when it comes to teaching the game the right way. Both my kids are in High School now, and to this day they haven't had better coaching through the years. My oldest just signed to play at Pepperdine and my youngest is following close behind and will sign somewhere at the Division 1 level. What I like most, and what others have attested to here, they care about teaching kids to be respectful, set goals, prioritize family and school above all else, and have instilled the work ethic they can carry with them in all aspects of their lives to find success and take on challenges with confidence. My son says the best lesson he learned from Coach Mike and his team was that you have to learn how to lose before you can learn how to win. Good stuff, thanks Coach Mike, Coach Laurice, Eric, Geoff and the rest of the team at WYSA, if you want your child to learn at their craft at the highest level, and be taught the game the right way, and leave with the tools they need to win in life, you can't go wrong here. If you are considering this program for Softball, baseball, basketball, any of the instruction they offer, don't wait any longer, you will be happy you did.

This is a very professional, experienced organization that focuses on the players. They assess each players strengths and weaknesses and develop an individual plan to help them reach their full potential.

Can’t say enough about this incredible league. The coaches, administrators, and team moms and dads are among the best I’ve ever know in kids sports. Truly dedicated and it shows. Most coaches are local born and have grown up in the programs and are now giving back their communities. Teamwork, sportsmanship, self improvement and goal setting - it’s more than just the game. it’s amazing what they manage to teach while the kids have fun just being kids and playing. REFRESHING! You won’t be disappointed signing your kids up.

We have three daughters who have all gone through the sports circuit, particularly softball programs. Without a doubt, the coaches and trainers here are second to none. They care about the kids, and not just on the field, but in the classroom and, most importantly, as young women in life. They honor values like being a good teammate, developing drive and work ethic, creating goals, and learning that anything is possible. My two oldest daughters got full scholarships to play in college, but they are more than softball players, they are leaders in life. I can thank Coach Mike and his team of coaches, unquestionably, for setting the tone and leading the way for them. Thank you so much for all you've done, keep doing your thing and blessing the girls and boys of our community.

Our experience with WYSA, for both of our children, was priceless. Not only did they excel in sports, gain confidence, and learn the value of teamwork and competition, but they were taught how to be good kids that make good decisions. They learned the value of hard work, a balanced, healthy, and productive lifestyle, and that family and school are the priority. Nowadays, the more positive role models and leaders we can expose our kids to, the better. WYSA checks all the boxes, I highly recommend their program for any young boys or girls to help bring balance, value, education, and good health to their lives.
