affordable housing ministry acquires, mostly via auction; vacant run down housing properties which are rehab'd and made livable. The ministry retains 7 as rental units and has sold off other properties to area residents. Sale & rental income are used to help fund future acquisitions and rehabs. Goal is to upgrade & restore housing stock to improve the area's quality of life.
community center the ministry acquired a former church and classrooms, rehab'd it and presently rent it out to various community programs & organizations.
