Causes: Mental Health, Mental Health Associations
Mission: The western psychiatric state hospital association, inc. Was established to assist member state hospitals to carry out their mission more effectively in the mental health system by addressing issues involving treatment, administration, standards, and systems. Also the association provides assistance and input to the mental health commissioners, governors, legislator's boards, and consumers and their families regarding mental health system issues.
Programs: All of the program services are in accordance with the primary exempt purpose as described in the statement above. These expenditures were primarily related to the annual conference of member mental health facilities. Attendees at the conference represented the member hospitals throughout the united states.
