Mission: In order to combat lack of health care access-related services for the inner-city disabled; WEST exists to provides health care information and advocacy, self help support facilitation, and direct-care related training referrals for Chicago’s Englewood community inner-city population suffering from the debilitative neurological disorder of Parkinson Syndrome
Target demographics: Chicago's South-side, West Englewood & Chicago Lawn communities with undeserved residents suffering from Neurological Debilitation's such as Parkinson's, Alzheimer, Multiple Sclerosis & Traumatic Brain Disorders & Movement Disorders
