Causes: Education, Scholarships, Scholarships & Student Financial Aid
Mission: The mission of the wccre scholarship fund is to raise funds to provide post-secondary scholarships to students graduating from the secondary schools of the west contra costa unified school district.
Programs: During the 2016-2017 tax year thirty-five scholarship winners received an award in the amount of $2,000 each. These scholarship recipients demonstrated their academic achievement, leadership, community service and character. Before receiving funds, they proved that they had been accepted and were enrolled at an accredited post-secondary educational institution.
