Mission: Our vision is to be a leader in guiding clients from housing uncertainty to housing stability. We accomplish this through the services we provide, such as housing, service coordination, and income & benefits. Our mission is to provide a continuum of services that will end homelessness and promote stability for each person we serve.
Programs: The gardens at greenup is a supportive housing program combining 20 units of affordable housing with on-site supportive services for formerly homeless families working towards economic self-sufficiency. The program allows its residents a structured environment to build life and parenting skills, pursue educational and training opportunities to enhance employment opportunities.
