Programs: Emergency shelter services and soup kitchen: welcome house provides 17 emergency shelter beds for individuals experiencing homelessness in washington county, ri. In the fiscal year july 2016 - june 2017, the organization provided emergency shelter to 118 different individuals. Of the individuals served, 19% exited to a long-term housing arrangement.
