Causes: Homeless & Housing, Housing Search Assistance
Mission: We develop and manage permanent supportive rental housing programs, home ownership and financial management services for community members and families who have mental, physical and developmental disabilities. Our funding comes from federal, state, county and private sources through loans and grants and by fees we earn for providing direct services to our clients. As an active member of the housing consortium of everett and snohomish county, we advocate for decent, safe, affordable and accessible housing solutions for our clients who are often homeless or at risk of homelessness, incarceration or institutionalization. All of our housing programs feature economic opportunities and vocational training programs and we create a culture of work, personal growth and accountability in all of our programs and services.
Programs: Providing affordable housing at nine locations in snohomish and island counties.
