Mission: The center is committed to developing children with developmental differences' potential and building stronger families. The center provides specialized therapy and developmental guidance for ages birth to age 5 with developmental delays while providing family support & education
Programs: Early childhood intervention (eci) - the warren center's eci program serves children from birth to three years of age with any type of developmental delay or disability. In addition to individual therapy, support and education is also provided for the families of the enrolled child. The services are offered to all residents of the northeast dallas geographic region. During fy13, eci served 1,125 children and families. Program outcomes: 83% of children demonstrated significant improvements in positive social emotional skills, 85% of children demonstrated significant improvements in the acquisition of knowledge and skills, and 91% of children demonstrated significant improvements in the use of appropriate behaviors to meet their needs.

family outreach and support program - the warren center's family outreach and support program provides resources, education, and guidance to families of children with special needs. Trainings and workshops are offered monthly on various topics related to helping your child with a special need. Parent support groups are offered twice a month with professionals on site to facilitate open discussions and share concerns and successes. Most importantly this program provides a listening ear to help families filter information, find and access resources, and become advocates for their children with special needs. This program is made available to any family in need. During fy13, family outreach and support was able to help 585 families.
therapy services for children - the warren center's therapy services for children provides onsite programs for children ages three to five with a delay or disability in communication, social skills, motor/coordination skills, and sensory processing. Children can participate in either individual or group therapy programs, based on their needs. The services are offered to any family who is able to travel to our richardson or garland locations. We began these services in june of 2013.
