Provides youth in targeted underserved communities an opportunity to develop a community awareness campaign that promotes active lifestyles, healthy eating habits, community gardens and a youth summit. The bhc-cop model for sustainable community development engages the community in developing solutions that support diversity and inclusion, access to existing assets that promote food systems, use of built environment, policy change and economic growth strategies that emproves the health outcomes in low income communities.

Wpf provides infrastructure and and a framework for increasing parental involvement and engagement with their children which will strengthen the base - the family unit.
