Whether at at the entrance of a church, in a grocery store, on a phone call, or at a Pie Fest gathering, we see many people who have a great hunger for companionship with other persons who can understand the 24 hour a day pressures of being responsible to provide care for a loved one who is dependent on the help of another.
That Lisa and Larry are truly gifted in a caregiving role is apparent in how they parent their daughter Carly. Through Walk Right In Ministry they work non-stop to extend help to so many persons by providing assistance, counsel, and companionship to those caregivers they go out of their way to come together with.
One example of this is the annual Pie Fest they organize and produce. At this event caregivers and their loved ones are joined by others in the community who enjoy showing their support for these champions for the persons they serve.
God bless them all!

I was called to lead our Disability Ministry at New Hope Church 2 years ago. My love for people with special needs trumped my inexperience as a DM cooridnator. Our church building hosted a MDMC meeting where I met Lisa Jamieson and was introduced to WRIN ministries. A true Godsend.
WRIN has provided access to a generous amount of resources for all leaders of Disability Ministries. From information about upcoming conferences, Round Table on -line panel discussions, insightful and helpful recommendations for books, authors, speakers, blog sites and movies to name a few. It's a true blessing to be connected to the community of passionate and dedicated Kingdom workers that make up and maintain WRIM.
