the mission states they are devoted to ending homelessness by uplifting people and meeting essential needs. I guess leaving them in an apartment for 3 months after they knew there was mold in it and the doctor's statement that he needed to get out of that environment because he was suffering from side effects of the mold means they were uplifting him.
one of many of his case managers left him high and dry when she was supposed to take him to an important drs appointment and never called him or made arrangements with someone else. I want and need you the people who only want to see the good in VOA to understand they are not living up to their mission statement. I can back what I'm saying with proof. I have so much more to tell this story for I am speaking for him and many more veterans and clients of volunteers of America. More to come soon
