Programs: The social work in hawaii seminar was held from february to march annually and it was supported by the university of hawaii, school of social work. Although this program has been sponsored by another non profit organization in 2011, there were funds were carried forwarded from the previous year to be expended. There were 20 japanese students were trained the community building with a vision to share aloha and build ohana throughout the pacific. The students learned about social services in hawaii through lectures, group work, discussions, seminars, and site visits, etc.
