Mission: To provide needy persons who require legal services with referrals to attorneys willing to provide such services without charge and to operate exclusively for charitable and educational purposes.
Programs: The pro bono referral program refers income qualified hawaii residents to volunteer attorneys who provide civil legal assistance on pro bono basis. These services include legal advice through the neighborhood legal clinics, limited scope services, and full representation. In 2017, approximately 1,800 individuals were served via the pbr.
