Hi every one me and my friend have done women empowerment volunteering in Kathmandu with volunteer and internship foundation Nepal . And we helped local women to make hand bags and ladies shoes, and thank you sapana for your care for us.

It's an extraodinary experience,it's not like traveling you just go around the city and take some pictures of famous tourist sites.Being a volunteer here makes you be a part of these place.As the host of our home stay says ,we are also their family.We are so lucky to have a family in Nepal , we are missing all of you,hope to see you again.
At first,I was afraid that my arrival to Himalaya school would be a kind of disturbance,so I did a lot of preparations and taught our lovely kids how to draw traditional Chinese paintings and write Chinese.When they hugged me ,tried to teach me how to speak Nepali and gave me candy as a gift, I realized the feeling of becoming a teacher. Hope all of kids have a bright future.
This last week was one of my best week,I had great fun over here. The family i was with were very helpful, small boy is very cute and smart.The location were i lived was peaceful and environment was nice also a Hindu temple near by was quite exciting . I hope i will return again in near future in my Vacation .See you again !!!!!.
I have done Teaching Volunteering in remote area with volunteer and internship foundation Nepal. There are such a lovely students and helpful teacher . Volunteer and internship foundation Nepal 's coordination and management is fabulous . If you are interested to do volunteering and internship programs in Nepal i recommend this organization for you.
it was an unforgettable experience being a volunteer on August,2018. We shared Chinese character and culture in the primary school near our homestay, and the students were very active and curious. In the homestay, the family took care of me and my friend a lot. We both had a good time during the week. Miss u all! hope to see u again!
Such a great time here! The host family were so lovely and Sapana's cooking was delicious! I felt so lucky to be included in family events and celebrations, most notably the Teej ladies festival. I spent the night dancing and spinning in a saree with my amazing host family! An experience I will never forget ♥️
