I have worked with this organization for the last few years. It's full of good people doing their best to empower others to reach their maximum potential and to be included in their communities. I have loved working with my clients, each one has been special and I have enjoyed seeing them grow over the years reaching and exceeding their employment (and personal) goals.
In addition to the clients, the organization really tries to hear the voices of their staff and has some great benefits. They try to take care of their people.

Programs: To maximize the potential of individuals with disablities, by providing vocational training and rehabilitation a)placed 94 new consumers with disabilities into community employment and provided on the job coaching,support and on going follow up b)maintained community employment and support for a total of 300 consumers with developmental disabilities c)enrolled 114 new consumers into the work services/training program d)provided work services/training to a total of 385 consumers with disabilities e)completed 17 vocational assessent/evaluations employment services offered through vip, inc. Enabled consumers with disabilities to earn wages totalling $3,455,000
