VNA is a great resource for both information and compassion for those facing a family member entering hospice care. It is a very difficult time in anyone's life. So it is good to know that there is a group like VNA out there to help you through.

VNA is the best at showing genuine care for their clients. I've volunteered with them for years, and it something you can feel in every part of the organization. Thank you VNA.

As an employee of VNA, I love knowing how much I am helping give back to so many seniors in need in the Dallas community and throughout North Texas. VNA is a great organization and I am honored to be a part of such a wonderful team!

I've been a VNA employee since 1996 and love the "why" behind what we do -- helping our vulnerable seniors remain part of our community and age independently at home. Our employees and volunteers are passionate about serving our community through Meals on Wheels, Hospice Care, and Private Care. My grandmother used our services in the last few years of her life and it was a wonderful experience for her and for our family.

My girls and I volunteer for VNA Meals on Wheels. It is such an honor to serve seniors alongside my daughters (9 and 12). Delivering meals to the "grandmas and grandpas", as my daughters affectionately call them, is precious mommy-daughter time we cherish. This special time cultivates a sense of empathy and respect for elders in our community.

The work VNA does in the North Texas Community is unmatched. As one of the largest Meals On Wheels Providers in the country and the oldest Hospice provider in Texas, VNA strives to help folks age with dignity.

VNA is Meals on Wheels for Dallas County and hospice care for North Texas. I am lucky to assist an agency that helps so many people who are experiencing isolation and hunger and provides delivered nutritious meals for their body and a friendly visitor for their soul. For the hospice patients, they are cared for by incredibly compassionate medical teams, a music therapist, chaplains, all working to make their final days easier for both the patient and the family. VNA is an 80+ year agency, founded by the faith community, to provide care to those who need it most.

Wonderful organization! They treat their clients/patients like family. I deliver Meals on Wheels around 5-6 times a year and wouldn't trade the experience. Every time I deliver the clients are so thankful for not only the meal, but the social interaction. Our elderly population deserve to live in their homes, healthy and happy.

I love VNA and the work they do. Thank you for taking care of our seniors!

I am a volunteer for the VNA Hospice, and it has been a great experience. The work that VNA does in all their programs, whether its 'meals on wheels' or 'hospice care' or anything else, is carried out with a great deal of competency and by people with big open hearts. I am always impressed by each and every person I meet there. VNA has a really good and extensive training program for its volunteers. I was very impressed by that. VNA takes very good care of their volunteers and treats them just like any other employee. Once I was assigned a patient to work with, I began to realize just how valuable the training was! Being a hospice volunteer is one of the most rewarding experiences I have had - to know that you have made a difference to someone's life and have been able to provide some comfort and friendship in the last stages of their life - It's something that is hard to put in words.
