Mission: To promote the independence, well-being and quality of life for older adults and people living with disabilities in Marin County.This is achieved by providing a comprehensive, integrated program of active aging services and activities to include specialized transportation, affordable meals, educational classes and multicultural gatherings.
Target demographics: older adults and individuals with disabilities
Direct beneficiaries per year: older adults and individuals with disabilities by providing 138,000 rides, 18,373 low-cost meals in our cafe, 64,800 meals delivered to Meals on Wheels recipients, 4,073 health & wellness classes and 3,400 social group meetings
Geographic areas served: San Rafael
Programs: transportation, nutrition, active aging, information and referral services.
