Mission: The general purpose is to provide a wide range of activities and services that enhance the quality of life in the areas of health, education and welfare for the low and moderate income families and the underserved in the city or county of los angeles; to increase economic opportunities for the low and moderate income families in the city or county of los angeles area by providing respite care for elderly adults which allows their families (caregivers) the opportunity to find and maintain employment; to safeguard, foster and promote the health and welfare of individuals and the community; to provide private nursing, homemaker and other therapeutic services on a visiting basis.
Programs: The adult day care program is a community group designed to meet the needs of adults whose functional level is impaired. The program offers socialization, meals, activities, and supervision.
