Programs: Educational delivery, general/other: curriculum support and teacher professional development -- the pta provided funds to the school for the purchase of additional learning tools and educational aids, as well as funds for teacher continuing education and professional development not provided for in the school's budget, to enrich the education of the students. extracurricular programs, general/other: music, reading and arts -- the pta sponsored a cultural arts program including assemblies and programs for the students; a school play production; the key club - a reading encouragement program; and the reflections program, which recognizes student achievement in the areas of visual arts, photography, musical composition, and literature. extracurricular programs, general/other: student activities -- the pta funded a variety of student activities including student council, a fifth grade medieval festival, a sixth grade picnic and field day. These activities supported and enhanced the program of studies for all students. (800 students)
