Mission: To recruit, train and supervise volunteers to speak for the best interests of abused and neglected children whose welfare has been brought to the attention of the juvenile and domestic relations court. The organization helps to ensure safe, permanent, and nuturing homes for such children, and seeks to educate the community concerning the cause.
Programs: To provide advocacy and support services to child victims of abuse and neglect. Children receive advocation for safe and permanent homes, necessary support services, and monitoring of court orders from the volunteer case workers. A total of 181 cases were handled in the 2014-2015 fiscal year with 6,848 hours of contributed by 69 c. A. S. A. Volunteers.
