Mission: Vineyard nursing association is a nonprofit, premier home care provider whose mission is to provide compassionate, high quality, and state of the art care for patients and families with acute chronic, or advanced illnesses. The vineyard nursing association is committed to: providing skilled nursing, restorative and other therapeutic services and homemaker/home care aide services on a part time intermittent basis; assisting in evaluation, promoting, educating, and maintaining the health and welfare of individuals in the communities of martha's vineryard and nantucket; and promoting cooperation and collaboration among agencies and providers to improve the health and welfare of the community.
Programs: Vineyard nursing association - provides skilled nursing and other health services to approximately 1,200 residents of martha's vineyard and nantucket massachusetts and assists in evaluating, promoting, and maintaining the health and welfare of the individuals in the community.
