Programs: Market-rate loans for residential and commercial projects that carry out the above mission of village capital corporation ("vcc"). 2017 accomplishments: 1) origination of $6. 3m million in loans, 2) creation of 75 units of housing, 3) creation of 83,000 sq. Ft. Of commercial space, and 4) leveraging of over $32 million in total project costs. These catalytic projects increased access to quality early childhood education, reduced blight, repurposed historic structures, and created and/or maintained jobs.
