Mission: Neighborhood revitalization thru education, and activities
Programs: The most notable accomplishment of the victory neighborhood association in 2017 was the grand opening of ryan lake park. Through planning, community engagement, and partnership with minneapolis parks and recreation, the organization was able to open a lakefront park on formerly vacant land. The organization also hosted over 70 community engagement meetings and events to inform and connect the community and launched a new grant program to help storefront businesses improve their spaces.
