Mission: Outdoor recreation heritage fund, inc. (orhf) was originally formed as paralyzed veterans of america outdoor recreation fund as a non-profit organization in washington, dc in 2002. It was controlled by the paralyzed veterans of america (pva), until its name was changed as above and control was changed to a new board. Orhf provides healing of mind and spirit through outdoor activities for wounded soldiers and veterans. Orhf is organized and operated exclusively for the purposes of promoting and sponsoring outdoor sports and recreation activities for veterans/troops of the armed forces. Orhf hosts warriors with all types of injuries: parapalegics, amputees, burn injuries, and tbi and ptsd injuries.

The America Outdoor help with to take a bear hunting trip to Alaska. It was for them I would never have gotten to go. It was a very great experince. Something that I will always remember. I was to thank them very much.
