Mission: O'connor hospital ("och"), a california nonprofit corporation, is a 358-bed acute care hospital in san jose, ca. Och offers a full range of inpatient and outpatient medical, surgical, and specialty programs. Services include cancer, cardiology and cardiac rehabilitation, emergency, medical imaging, orthopedic and joint replacement, spine and pain management, stroke, vascular and a wound care clinic. Och's emergency department features 21-beds, board-certified physicians, and specialty-trained nurses. Och is also home to one of the only family medicine residency programs in the bay area, an affiliation with stanford university.
Programs: During the june 30, 2017 fiscal year, och provided over $54 million in community benefit programs to the community, in addition to the more than $37 million in care for the elderly. Annually, och oversees approximately 10,000 acute discharges, 4,500 surgical cases, 2,200 births, and 52,000 emergency visits.
