Mission: Promote the voluntary settlement of disputes between members of the community by providing an orderly process of mediation and arbitration by trained professionals.
Programs: Carried out mission of alternative dispute resolution through a number of activities including "teen court" -- an alternative system of justice for high school students charged with a misdemeanor crime; mediation in family, district and superior court; dss and medicaid mediations; training and educational services in areas such as team building and conflict coaching.
