Upon retirement from the Valley Village Board of Directors I was given the opportunity, along with other former Board members, to establish a Foundation for the benefit of Valley Village. With a residential program, 17 homes, day and weekend programs and always planning for the future of our clients it was a much needed next step. The founding parents vision was to provide "life long" care. We have always provided enrichment and opportunity for growth and a quality life to clients. We have to ensure that this continues no matter the fiscal problems we may face. The Valley Village Foundation was founded in 2002. I am so proud to continue to be part of an organization that values the importance of making life better for those we serve now, but for generations to come.
