All I can do is give All Thanks and I am Grateful for this Program..I spent much money and time from several shops trying to fix My check engine issues...Finally with the assistance and guidence of Valley Can program we were able to finnally resolve the problem..Here in bakersfield .Ca. I took it to Elias Smog Shop, and they were very helpful, and got right on the Problem...Yes they handled it like True Pros...Thank U for ending ,and fixing My Car...Yes, Now it Passed Smog !!...B Ford

Mission: Valley can is committed to improving air quality in california's san joaquin valley. We promote voluntary actions to reduce air pollution and sponsor pilot programs and educational efforts dedicated to providing solutions to high emissions sources.
Programs: Enhanced fleet modernization program/plus up: assisted vehicle owners in replacing old, high emitting passenger vehicles with efficient and technologically advanced vehicles with a variety of incentives ranging from $2,500 to $11,500, depending on the income level of the participant and the vehicle being purchased or leased. All vehicles replaced were destroyed to ensure no future operation. 403 high emitting vehicles were destroyed and replaced with efficient vehicles.
tune in and tune up: held 20 tune in and tune up events at which free emissions testing was performed for 7,450 vehicles. Provided 5500 vouchers for up to $850 in free emissions related repairs, and subsidized the repair of 3,200 vehicles. Repairs resulting from one event equate to the removal of approximately 3,000 tons of carbon monoxide, 300 tons of hydrocarbons, and 150 tons of oxides of nitrogen from the air in one year.
