Mission: Valdez senior citizens center (vscc) is organized to ensure and protect the honor, security, and independence of senior citizens of valdez and prince william sound areas and to assist them in maintaining a positive and meaningful quality of life.
Programs: Consumer directed personal care attendants and choice medicaid program is funded by federal and state medicaid funds. This program provides consumer selected respite service to eligible citizens in the prince william sound area
senior residential apartments managed by the valdez senior center under an agreement with the city of valdez. The apartments allow eligible citizens to live on premises and obtain the necessary care when needed
nutrition, transportation and support programs offered are congregate and home delivered meals seven day a week. Transportation and support services to and from the senior center or other destinations for seniors. Health care outreach services provided to the center and the community
