VACAT adds so much value to our lives & community in Austin. We enjoy & love watching the prep for—their beautiful heritage events, such as the Lunar New Year celebration. Great group of people bringing much-needed acculturation to the Viet & Asian community in the greater Austin metropolitan areas.

As a VACAT volunteer for the past 7 years I have been able to have a first hand look at the difference that VACAT has made in the lives of the community.

I regularly volunteer for the health fair specifically and have continued to be impressed with the care for not just the Vietnamese community but the Austin community as a whole. Many people have gotten free screenings that have later on saved their lives and for this I am grateful. This year they had the added benefit of having the Moderna and Pfizer vaccine as well as the booster shots.

Thank you VACAT for your contributions to the community and thank you to all the other volunteers that make it happen!
