Advertises advocacy re utility overbilling and charges but do not follow through with service. When written documentation is requested to file against SDGE with UCAN's intervention with CPUC, they do not step up to assist consumer. Telephone calls, texts, emails were ignored by Consumer Advocate. Phone calls and emails was sent to Program Manager to complain, but that too were ignored and no return calls. No accountability! Surprising that this organization exist because they're completely useless! This organization deserves zero funding!
