The Utah Society for Environmental Education, among many other things, provides teachers with professional development workshops, which are not only educational and inspiring, but also fun! They encourage me to strive for excellence in my field, and their motto to teach Utahans "how to think, not what to think" is hard to come by and much appreciated.
