Nature Power Foundation is an outstanding clean energy provider in poor communities. Too many families are grateful for their initiative of bringing energy and the opportunity to start a new business.

To see an ONG that really transforms the life of a community is amazing. When Nature Power visits a community the take their time to make a deep analysis of the situation. They listen carefully to the community, and how they would like to change their families future. NP review all possibilities before oferring a solution. This makes a diferent, becasus it is not to implement a “standar package” everywere. It is to support the community with what they really want and need.

To bring water and electricity (basic needs) in a sustainable way to a community that never had it before impacts their development, their education, health and stars making a different in the world step by step.

Nature Power RD has done a tremendous work among the vulnerable communities in the DR. These communities wouldn’t have access to potable water or electricity if it were not for their hard work and dedication. Most importantly, Nature Power is doing all this thru solar panels. A great initiative to substantially reduce greenhouse gas emissions like CO2, as well as other dangerous pollutants.

NPF is an organization that is changing the rules of the game through Social Innovation. Its projects seek to generate a change in people's lives and give them life skills, helping them to get out of poverty and exclusion.

This innovative NGO is impacting the lives of thousands of people by providing them basic services like clean water, electricity, income generation projects, housing among others using clean technologies to protect the environment like solar panels.. What I like the most is how they positively impact the life of the beneficiaries while promoting empowerment and social development.

Nature Power Foundation has challenged how things have been done in terms of social interventions. NPF developed transcendent social intervention projects by working hand-in-hand with the community and empowering people for real. My experience as a volunteer was incredible, and I hope to contribute to NPF for many many years.

Participating actively in democratic life involves volunteering with nongovernmental and nonprofit organizations. Serving on a nonprofit board is one way to give back and support the community. As a donor to NPF for the USA, I derive joy, express my identity and see a significant social and environmental return. It provides a great sense of realization and satisfaction.
