Causes: Microfinance, Small Business Development
Mission: To serve hispanic high school students pursuing the american dream through education, exposure to stem related fields and entrepreneurship.
Programs: Ushyee continues to provide services through its achieve forum, a program aimed at hispanic high school students from maryland. We help students understand the importance of finishing high school, the high school to collect continuum, and leadership development. The achieve form consists of 8 workshops at johns hopkins university and 8 workshops at towson university. We operate 8 student chapters at 6 high schools. We reached about 800 students.
