I've been donating to the US Campaign for a couple of years now and really feel like my money is actually making a difference. They give a good balance of informational emails and ways to get involved, and their grassroots tenacity has grown the organization and made the most of the donations they receive. It's been really rewarding to see us get more wins for justice under our belt, and I'm excited about the future!
I fully support the ending of the occupation of the areas West of the Jordan River by the foreign interlopers called Falasteenis. They are settlers and squatters come from far and wide in the whole Muslim world, since the early 1830's. They are undocumented immigrants at best, invaders pure and simple. In 1922 the League of Nations approved the British policy and plan to provide the Arabs of Mandatory Palestine all the area east of the Jordan River keeping the smaller portion, the areas west of the river, for the Jews. As a result eventually the two populations got Israel for the Jews and Jordan for the Arabs, plus an area west of the river. The latter area was liberated in 1967. However the Arabs remained as squatters. It is high time they join their brethren and find their rightful home in Jordan.
I honestly believe that there is no injustice greater than that which has befallen the Palestinian people. So long as humanity is unable to empathise with these human beings, our capacity for empathy must necessarily be skewed and restricted.
ETO is a great org leading the way against Zionism, one of the few & rare orgs to do so. Fighting for a people so far away and a cause so noble. In my book they are fighting apartheid. Hats off to them. All our good wishes and prayers are with your team. GOD bless.
Why are you guys awesome? Awesome work against all odds for other people without a voice without expectation or reward...
The organization is very effective in what they do, and their commitment to do more shows up in how efficient they are in funding their activities. I am always impressed.
Extremely grateful to find people helping those that have no voice. It's time to be more humans and help each other, no matter where we came from, how we look, what we believe or where we are.
I did my own research about the Palestinians situation and I invite you to do the same. While we are in the comfort of our homes, eating what we please and doing what we want, there are people suffering every minute to survive.
Please, there is no difference between you and a Palestinian we both are human beings, just put yourself in their shoes for a second a join the campaign, not just for a better future for them, but a better future for everybody.
I'm from Colombia and I strongly support the campaign to end the Israeli occupation.
The illegal Israeli occupation must be ended no matter what. I support this campaign wholeheartedly and much appreciate the excellent effort you are putting in.
I appreciate social justice and freedom for all. End The Occupation meets and exceeds the goal of bringing peace to the Middle East.
The US should stop its military assistance program to Israel as long as Israeli police and military forces are encouraged to shoot with live and rubber bullets Palestinian children throwing stones and, afterwards, the government takes immediate steps to destroy the homes of the parents.
Support this cause. They are doing great things for human rights and social justice.
How would you like your family and loved ones to be subject to an illegal occupation?
Apartheid in our times is unacceptable, no matter what country perpetrates it against any people.
The US Campaign to End the Israeli Occupation embodies the righteous outrage of humanity against the practice of inhumanity and provides a physical presence in the U.S. of the worldwide BDS movement to end apartheid by the Israeli government.
I welcome the opportunity that this organization gives to those of us far removed geographically from the oppression of the Palestinian people in the Palestinian territories to be able to join in solidarity with the plight of Palestinians to end the immorality of their abuse at the hands of their oppressors.
I feel very deeply for the suffering people of Palestine and it grieves me deeply that I cannot be there physically with them. So it gives me some comfort that I am able to support others who can.
One Earth, one People.
please support BDS against racist, apartheid Israel, a destructive state founded by Zionists who collaborated with the Nazi Reich. With you on board, BDS can and will change history for the better
Thank you for standing up for justice. Israel needs to be held accountable for the killing of innocent children, women and other people.
It's awesome that the US Campaign to End the Israeli Occupation is having the voices of our oppressed Palestinian brothers and sisters heard, which is especially difficult due to the Zionist controlled media covering up their own crimes. It's also excellent that the US Campaign to End the Israeli Occupation is getting the involvement of all people to act and pressure those in charge to stop funding the IDF criminals.
As a retired military officer and a Christian I am tired that we are underwriting the racist regime that rules Israel and occupies Palestine. I am very upset about the number of American servicemen who are killed and wounded due to our negative identification with the occupation and repression of the Palestinians. We have been fighting Israel's wars. Now it is the time to stop our complicity and say 'not in our name.' No more billions for oppression. Now is the time for non-military solutions - reconciliation, peace, justice and equal rights for all in Israel/Palestine. This organization is the best for keeping me informed about this important topic for American citizens.
This organizations is doing a great work inclined to the roots of goodness.
Some other facts:
During Fiscal Year 2014, the U.S. is providing Israel with at least $8.5 million per day in military aid and $0 in military aid to the Palestinians. - Source http://www.ifamericansknew.org/
Israel habitually launches its most unpopular and, sometimes, deadly attacks against Palestinians in the West Bank and Gaza to coincide with big news events here in the U.S., so that they don’t get too much public attention, according to the study. - Source http://www.marketwatch.com/story/secrets-revealed-of-how-israel-manipulates-us-public-opinion-2015-03-20
I am so pleased to have found this organization, thanks to Democracy Now! On Link Tv. I am honored to be a doner and contributor to Aid for the Palestinians. I can speak freely about my anger towards the continuing support of a murderous oligarchy known as Israel. I am sick and tired of Obama's double talk and rhetoric concerning his disapproval of Netiyahho on one hand and his vetoing bills which would reinstate Palestinian statehood, land and human rights.
The US Campaign is one of the most amazing organizations I've ever worked with. They care about equality, justice, and human rights and have been mobilizing grassroots organizations to coordinate on very important and impactful campaigns. It is exciting to see this organization grow and grow. It is indeed a force for social change.
The fundamental problem is that both Muslims and Jews claim the same land. The answer to this problem is not for Israel to;
illegally occupy land in defiance of UN resolutions,
institute indiscriminate collective punishment,
create an open prison in Gaza,
illegally bomb Gaza,
execute extra-judicial assassinations,
institute Zionist apartheid,
atomise the West Bank with walls and illegal settlements.
Such unacceptable and violent injustices simply create more anger. The more that political solutions are frustrated, the more that, equally unacceptable, violence will be the response. The more the West supports these injustices, the more likely the West is to be targeted by violent attacks.
I defend the right of Jews to exist peacefully but leaders on both sides have got to look to the future not to the past. Western policies backing fundamentalist zionist atrocities are a recruiting sergeant for fundamentalist Muslim atrocities. The US, EU & Israeli arms industry laughs all the way to the bank. A single, secular state is the sole sustainable solution. Religious extremists on both sides will undoubtedly resist a secular solution but I say; roll on 'New Jerusalem'; place of peace.
I recommend this YouTube clip by a one time staunch Zionist called Miko Peled; https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=TOaxAckFCuQ
Miko Peled has described his 2012 book, The General’s Son: Journey of an Israeli in Palestine, as an account of how he, "the son of an Israeli General, came to realize that "the story upon which I was raised ... was a lie." The book, he has said, is based largely on long conversations with his mother, on a thorough reading of "everything my dad had ever written," and on material about his father's career in the Israeli army archives.
The book, which has been characterized as "part confessional, part cinematic epic and part emotional appeal for 'different answers' to the Israeli-Palestinian conundrum," contains a foreword by Alice Walker.
Compared to Islamic State, Israeli state violence is just as cold, calculating, cowardly, creates comprehensive carnage AND is completely counter-productive.
The US Campaign to End the Israeli Occupation is the leading organization advocating for Palestinian rights in the United States. I am honored to serve on the board of this remarkable organization. With a very lean budget, the US Campaign has attracted a stellar staff that promotes boycott and divestment campaigns. My own education about how to successfully launch and win boycott campaigns came through my involvement with a member organization of the US Campaign.
Im Polish. I do care about palestine and you guys are great to keep people update all around the Word. . Respect. Keep telling thru. Free Palestine!
Great work on very few dollars, educating all about the horrors of the Israeli occupation and the on-going persistent crimes of that government. Importantly USCEIO also opens our eyes to our US government's blind support for Israeli atrocities.
Great that there is an organisation in USA, which presents an alternative to the official US attitude to the Palestine problem.
The U.S. campaign to end the Israeli occupation filled a much needed void by building a coalition of social movement organisations whose message was clear and united: the U.S. must stop its complicity in Israeli crimes. Before the emergence of this coalition, the progressive Left in America lacked clarity on the Israeli occupation and what this meant for the U.S. as its number one supporter. This campaign has made great strides in providing that clarity and vision for change through education and media outreach. Well done to all involved.
Palestine is the front line of the war for justice and US Campaign to End the Occupation is leading the charge.
Thankfully there is a group of people with courage and conviction to expose Israel for what it is to the American Public. I highly recommend this group for those who want to dig deeper than the offerings of the American mainstream media.
In my opinion, this is one of the most important issues we face as a global society. Right before our eyes, a group of people are being systematically erased with very little acknowledgement from the world press. One would think that after the world finally rallied to denounce apartheid in South Africa, we would quickly do the same if it reared its head in other places. Sadly, this isn't the case. US Campaign to End the Israeli Occupation is as necessary today as the very air we breathe. I salute the effort to bring a voice to those whose voices are being silenced as the world simply watches.
It always feels great to know that, somewhere out there, some people are doing their best to expose the truth hidden behind the main stream media's lies. This act gains further importance since it's done in the USA and aimed at the US public. USA has been an avid sponsor of the Israeli apartheid state, perhaps a change in the public opinion will someday result in tangible improvements.
Keep it up, spread the truth.
Thank you for the work you do. The American people need to be educated on what their government is doing by supplying weapons to Israel and supporting the genocide of innocent Palestinians. It will only stop when the American people stand up and demand better from their elected leaders.
I support the important work you are doing.
I didn't know about BDS until I came across this organization. Since then I've been a reoccurring donor.
really clear mission and goals and the charity is doing amazing advocacy work to help get the palestinians plight acknowledged and noticed.
This group is doing an excellent job of educating and informing the world of the terrible conditions forced on the Palestinians by the terrorist state of Israel. During the most recent bombing of Palestinians in Gaza, the number of people around the world who supported the Israeli attacks diminished greatly due to the truthful information provided by US Campaign to End the Israeli Occupation.
Great charity with great integrity. It works tirelessly to promote the Question of Palestine and draw attention to the Palestinian plight.
Great charity, but I think its failing at getting its message across a wide spectrum of people. Other than that, pretty good.
60 years of Israel's brutal (US funded) occupation is the root cause of terrorism, not the other way around.
The one review by Michaela Beer is written by a member of the group this phony charity for Hamas represents. If you read the wording it states it's not for one state or two because it's for the destruction
of the Jewish state of Israel for the terrorist group Hamas. This form of decption is used by this campaign to roil the war in the Middle East and they are not a real charity but a propaganda outlet for the Boycott, Sanctions and Divestment Movement against Israel. Donot be fooled and do NOT give them your charity dollars that are obtained by such subterfuge.
