Causes: Community Clinics, Health
Mission: Providing prenatal care, education, and resources (diapers/food/clothing/support) to underserved and incarcerated women. Our goal is to expand into a health clinic/birth center. Currently we are providing prenatal care and resources such as food/clothing/necessities to underserved/poor women in solano county.
Programs: Urban midwifery provided $200. 00 of groceries for pregnant women/new mamas over the holiday season.
urban midwifery took 6 at risk girls to a conference this year where they were educated about midwifery and reproductive health and participated in programs that supported their self esteem.
