business development and entrepreneurship- operation of an employment assistance and skills training center to meet the needs of unemployed, underemployed and dislocated workers seeking access to employment opportunities provides consulting and training programs for businesses, helping them to build and establish relationships with resources that will enable them to expand their business.
neighborhood and community involvement- programs to enhance leadership skills and expose participants to issues impacting the african-american community also provides culturally sensitive programs to promote healthy lifestyles. National urban league conference which promotes the values and goals of the individual affiliates as a whole.
