Mission: Help low-income americans in financial distress get a fresh start through chapter 7 bankruptcy at no cost.
Programs: Upsolve provides free bankruptcy counseling, bankruptcy form preparation and review, to low-income individuals. In 2017, we counseled about 1000 low income americans on their debt problems and helped about 100 americans file for bankruptcy, successfully obtaining a fresh start.
