I would give this place a zero if I could! They refused to help a senior with early-stage memory issues. This person was high functioning and sought peers to engage and communicate with to help delay their decline. Socializing is a significant help! The person directing the negative response had a visible life challenge and had no understanding of empathy.
The Wayne senior center is considerate and progressive. Be aware and educate families of senior loved ones, friends, and neighbors, throughout the Upper Merion/King of Prussia area.
