Mission: The mission of the Upper Bay Museum is: to collect, preserve and display historical documents and artifacts; to use them to teach the Heritage of the Upper Chesapeake Watermen; to maintain the century-old H. L. Harvey Company commercial fish house as a museum building; to promote activities to conserve and propagate Chesapeake Bay waters, marine life, waterfowl and upland game.
Results: The museum hosts hundreds of people each year, including elementary school students, Cub Scouts, local residents and visitors. The Upper Shore Decoy Show, which started in 1967, is the longest continually-running decoy show of its kind in the United States. It is held each October.
