Programs: VITA United Way’s VITA program provides FREE income tax preparation services. Volunteers are IRS trained and certified to prepare tax returns. Provides FREE, high quality services at convenient locations throughout Tarrant County. In 2016, VITA generated over $13 Million in Refunds.
