Mission: To improve lives by mobilizing the caring power of community.
Results: We have allocated more than $450,000 in the last year to support over 30 programs in Faulkner and Perry Counties.
Direct beneficiaries per year: 1 in 3 individuals in Faulkner County benefit. Many others in Perry County through the Step by Step program.
Programs: While united way of central arkansas considers many groups and organizations to be our partners in our mission, a group of 18 agencies are considered partner agencies in terms of program funding. These agencies have demonstrated the ability to provide quality services to a deserving clientele. They have also proven to be financially responsible and efficiently operated. All funded programs must provide quarterly reports to united way showing forward progress in achieving meaningful results through their work.
