Mission: The health alliance for nonprofits was formed to provide nonprofit organizations with affordable, quality health insurance products and information services that address their specific needs including: promoting healthier lifestyles for co-workers and their families and a healthier workplace benefiting clients and volunteers; improving the retention of employees; reducing staff turnover and the associated costs of retraining, positively impacting the quality of client service; lowering the cost of purchasing health insurance products and services, lowering administrative and overhead costs; offering nonprofit managers an objective and reliable source of information and technical assistance on how to budget for health insurance products and services; developing customized products that meet the unique characteristics of the nonprofit workforce; managing the operations of the health alliance to be cost neutral. Any excess revenue will be contributed back to the community.
