I've been a volunteer for United Way for a couple of years now and have served on the Emerging Leaders Executive Committee for over a year. I'm constantly and consistently impressed with United Way's dedication to service to their community and the strategies they employ to combat poverty. I love this organization, and truly believe that it is vital to our community.
Great things are happening at United Way for Greater Austin! I have been involved with this organization for almost a year and have truly been inspired by the commitment of the board of directors, staff and donors. UWATX is working to address poverty in our community and find sustainable solutions that will impact greater Austin and beyond.
