I left the comfort of my home, I never dreamt in a million years I would ever leave my town! here I was thrust into the city (like a fish out of water) with my small babies. Until I arrived on campus then everything changed. I was greeted by so many people that were so encouraging and never once did I feel I made a mistake leaving home because I felt like I was home. I was provided transportation, housing, healthy meals throughout the week. childcare was excellent with knowledgeable staff who were once students themselves. everyone went out of their way to see that I would be successful and two years later I was walking across the stage with my AAS degree in Early Childhood.
