How many $1.00 does this charity send out in their request for donations and how many do they receive back? If this charity is requesting donations to purchase bullet-proof vests for police officers, why don't they STOP PUTTING DOLLAR BILLS IN THE DONATION REQUEST and use those dollars to fund the vests. I would send the $1.00 back, however, if they're stupid enough to send a $1.00 in the mail, I'm smart enough to keep it! Also, why is the address on the return donation envelope going to Merrifield, VA when the corporate office is in Wichita, KS. Is the Merrifield, VA office a company that solicits donations and gets a percentage of the money?

They keep sending letters/packages begging for money from my dead grandmother that includes a $1 bill in it. Dumb. If you're sending money out to people, while simultaniously asking for donations from people, that screams STUPID. Where are your donations going? Right back out to random people? Donate to a better cause than these people.

This "Charity" takes in almost $20 Million per year in donations, and of that $20 Million in 2021 they donated 201 Bulletproof vests, 411 belt trauma kits (first aid kits), 101 helmets and 319 flashlights. They also provided training to 481 Law Enforcement Officers. That's IT. roughly $400,000 in materials purchased, and another $50,000 in training. Do NOT donate to this organization. Call your local police or sheriff's department and ask them where you should donate to help them the most.

This organization is stealing money from my credit union account. I did not authorize any donations. They have taken two $110 amounts from my account this month so far. I'm disabled and widowed in the past year. I'm so disheartened about all that has happened.
Very disappointed in Texas

I keep getting asked to donate.
Do blue lives matter, yes, are there bad blue lives, of course everybody's human.
Donating to the good ones makes me feel good.
If the donation ends up in the wrong hands you are donating to the problem of police gangs.
Donations should go to police the police. These gangs intimadate the public with a conflict of interest.
I have lived in Sherburne Minnesota & Sheriffs aka was Gustapho.
I have witnessed & expierenced Sherburne county's Sheriffs dept for 30 years. During Sheriff Bruce Anderson's tenure & now during Joel Brott's tenure.
I have been intimated & threatened to be arrested for things that are obviously not against the law, And I've been refused & they misrepresent the law when I needed them to uphold the law.
They are in conflict of the law & for their gang.
Joel Brott should have been fired back in the late 90's for bringing Mark Anderson & trying to force his way into my house, to get at my 17 year old daughter due to a stalking complaint against Mark Anderson whom I believe was related to Bruce Anderson. Mrs. Mark Anderson also assulted my 17 year old minor Daughter and the Gustapho protected Mrs. Mark Anderson by refusing to uphold the law. This is just a fraction of my expierences.
It makes me wonder what this gang is getting away elsewhere & how many of these gangs are in the USA
I surely will not donate to help these gangs.
Donating may by helping their cover ups!!!
Moneys to police the police is where the defunded money should go!!!
I could go on if I felt it would help.
I would donate to hinder the bad law enforcement, I will not donate to help them!!!

I receive more donation requests in a week then I could possibly support. Most go to the trash.
I donated a small amount before I investigated their results. It appears very little goes to the actual support of law enforcement officers.
Recently they claim to have sent me a donation request with a dollar bill and a $2.50 check.
If they can afford to do this, they must not need donations very badly. Or they use this method to intimidate the recipient into donating, which in my mind classifies them as bullies and scam artists. Maybe there is an underlying pyramid scheme to this method. I don't know. But I do not see enough transparency in the research I have done to warrant me supporting this organization.
Currently, I am not comfortable donating to this organization. I am OK with supporting the officers, but not the marketing and wealth building that takes away from the bottom line (supporting the officers).
