USACFA centers the voices of adults living with CF and supports us in fulfilling our dreams. We offer a number of unique scholarships and a quarterly publication for and by adult CF community members. Everyone on the Board has CF ourselves and understands the needs of our adult patient population firsthand.

Nonprofit Overview
Causes: Birth Defects & Genetic Diseases, Health, Lung Diseases, Specifically Named Diseases
Mission: USACFA is the United States Adult Cystic Fibrosis Association, Inc.; a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization, run by a board of volunteer directors who all have CF. Since 1990, USACFA has published CF Roundtable® to offer hope, support, and news in the world of CF. Regardless of whether you have CF, care for someone with it, or simply know a person who has it, you will find helpful information on our website and in our CF Roundtable publication.
Target demographics: Adults with cystic fibrosis and their loved ones.
Geographic areas served: The United States. USACFA is a fully remote non-profit and does not have a corporate office.
Programs: Our CF Roundtable publication provides a source of information for CF adults regarding the basis, nature and progression of the disease, as well as the latest treatments and research to fight it. The publication offers support and a way for adults with CF to learn from others in the community. You can receive CF Roundtable for free, either as an online PDF, a hard copy, or both. We also offer multiple community outreach programs to the CF community, including various scholarships offered yearly, USACFA speakers for your next event, and the Founders and Jacoby Awards.
