Mission: The purpose of "Mastering the Art of Wellness" is to engage individuals in activities that evoke habilitation and holistic health. The significance of the expressive therapies is based on the notion of self-discovery, self-expression, self-integration, and self-sufficiency. An individual will learn to interpret emotions through participation of the expressive nature whether individually or in groups. Through these therapies, our vision is to produce responsible, intellectual, proficient, productive, and holistic members of society. UNIFI promotes higher learning, self-sufficiency and provides life skills, tutoring, job training, and social/ cultural activities.
